US pop quintet Karmic's new song „Fire Escape“ was written while living together in LA during the first lockdown, surrounded by wildfires and lots of emotionality. They felt like they needed to get out of this situation and the song is their self-created path of escape, without falling into melancholy, but rather with a beat that encourages to move and get out. The sound ist a mix of relaxed Indie but still driving and feelgood – lying somewhere between Remi Wolf, Cassia and Toro y Moi.
